Article 8 - March
MY FITNESS, MY LIFE
Now that you have had an opportunity to look at the physical, mental and emotional benefits of being active. Its time to think about how much exercise you currently do and decide if that's enough?
The class will be split into 3 groups.
group 1: will be responsible for creating an article on the current recommended guidelines for physical activity
Group 2: wil be responsible for creating an article on exercises you can do at home (Fitness for Free)
Group 3: will be responsible for creating an article on the exercises we have been doing as part of the girls health and fitness magazine.
