Pillow Talk? - the importance of SLEEP and RELAXATION
We investigated why sleep is so important in order for us to function and do our best. However, we recognised that its sometimes difficult to get to sleep, therefore we looked at Massage, Yoga, Visualisation, muscle relaxation techniques, deep thorasic breathing and various other methods of preparing yourself for a suitable nights sleep.
