Last Years Winning Article that made the 'First Paper Edition'Last year we had quite a few pages in our paper magazine that we dedicated to Physical Activity, Fitness and the recommended guidelines.
Sarah Campbell of our current S3 girls submitted the best article on reasons to exercise. All of the girls then created an Exercise descriptor Card which we used to create a 4 page spread showing you how you could exercise at home to help you improve your fitness. |

The LINK to the S1 PE Homework
As an S1 pupil you have just completed a PE homework task. You had to design and produce a leaflet or flier promoting Physical Activity.
During the task you had to investigate the PHYSICAL, MENTAL and SOCIAL benefits to PHYSICAL ACTIVITY and thus reasons encouraging us all to be more active.
The homework task also asked you to report on the physical activities that you participated in and that were happening in the local area.
The link to the HELP sheet for the homework task created on the PE website can be found below. We will also be posting some pictures of the best leaflets for you to see.
OUR JOB is now to take some of the best leaflets chosen by the PE department and use them to help us recreate an electronic version for our Magazine. The researching has already been done for you..... All we have to do now is edit and produce (with the permission of the writers of course!!!)
